ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After this 24-hour grace period, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your order.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

We kindly ask that you do not reach out about your order until 7 business days have passed from the date of purchase.
HAIR APPOINTMENTS & SHIPPING ADVISORY
Please do not place an order close to your hair appointment date.
For example, if your appointment is on Thursday, 6/25, and you order on Monday, 6/22, your order may not arrive in time.
Always allow enough time for processing and shipping before scheduling your appointment.

TRACKING & DELIVERY
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Signature is required upon delivery to prevent lost or stolen packages.
We are not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or delivery issues after your order has been shipped via USPS.
ORDER ISSUES & REPORTING
If you experience any issues with your order upon delivery, you have 24 hours to report the problem by emailing us at [email protected].
The hair must also be in the same state in which it arrived. After this 24-hour window, we are unable to assist with concerns regarding the product.
